Invited speaker: Brent Grocholski  Associate Editor of Science
Brent Grocholski is a physical science associate editor at Science. He handles and edits manuscripts primarily in geology, geophysics, geochemistry, and materials science. Brent’s research background is in experimental high pressure physics. Before starting as an editor in 2014, he was a Peter Buck fellow at the National Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian Institution where he researched the Earth’s rocky mantle. He received his Ph. D. in Earth and Planetary Science at the University of California-Berkeley and postdoctoral work at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
